Richard

Richard Meaney retired after a 20-year career with the US Army.  Experiencing a dozen household moves and numerous other temporary moves during his military career, Richard learned the value of a professional Realtor.  Richard has been a Realtor since 2014 and enjoys opportunities to assist home buyers and sellers to achieve their personal and financial goals.  Richard, his wife Dawn, and their daughter Katy live in Wasilla.

Sarah

Sarah has come to love living the Alaskan life! Originally from the Midwest, Sarah and her husband, Jacob, only expected to stay a few years when stationed here in the military, but the mountains have kept them here. Sarah has a passion for helping families find the home or investment property that fits their goals and desires. Sarah and Jacob started both their family and their real estate legacy in Alaska with investment properties and becoming the proud owners of a business,        C & J’s Tender Meat Company.  Sarah can walk you through the same legacy building process with patience, care and wisdom that she practiced on her own family.

Fred

Fred was born and raised in Texas until he found “home” is really Alaska in 1999. Originally moving to be closer to family living Alaska, he found it an oasis for an avid lover of the outdoors, fishing and all that the Last Frontier has to offer.

The beginning of 2009 had Fred getting his real estate license to join his wife’s team and he’s still loving every minute of it. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, he was a commercial and residential contractor. These skills and his extensive knowledge as a former contractor have been a huge asset to his clients before, during and after a transaction. Add to that his strong negotiating skills to help his clients during the selling and buying process and you have a powerful combination.

Fred’s outlook as a REALTOR is to work to make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible. The relationship with his clients isn't over once the transaction is done either. He continues to counsel and assist whenever needed. A great majority of his clients come from referrals and repeat clients for this very reason. Ashley

Born and raised Alaskan, mother of two boys and a proud representative of military service members. She worked in the restaurant industry, and ran a home daycare while her husband served in the Army. When her boys were old enough for school, she turned her focus to a career she would love, attending field trips with her boys, cheering their sport games, cooking breakfast for them, home for dinner and kissing them good night before bedtime. She wanted a career that she could love, and “Not work a day in her life!”  She loves to work with people, and have a positive impact in their life. Buying or selling a home is an exciting new chapter in life, and she loves being there to help you write that new chapter, whether it’s first-time home buying, upsizing, downsizing, or looking for that investment property. She thrives on being here to keep the process exciting, and easier for you.

Abbi 

Abbi Failing served her country from 2013 to 2023 as an Air Force medic at Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson, Alaska and as a C-17 Loadmaster at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

Hailing from Milwaukee WI, her adventurous spirit has taken her all over Alaska’s backcountry snowboarding, snowmachining and hiking. She focuses her time around the Matanuska-Susitna Valley yet is called to the mountains adventuring down the Glenn and Richardson highway’s exploring our beautiful state.

If she is not helping you fulfill your real-estate dreams, she is making memories with her family.

D’Ette

D’Ette Owen is the team leader and owner of the Rise Realty Group.  Having worked in the industry since 2000, she has experienced and thrived in the many shifts of the market and knows how to coach her team to care for and serve their clients with personal professionalism.  She has served in many different leadership roles within the industry on brokerage, local, state and national levels, pocketing an assortment of accolades, awards and trophies that she claims will always take a backseat to the smile and hug from a satisfied client.  She spends much of her time teaching and coaching, not only her team but REALTORS and business owners nation-wide.  Her husband, Fred, claims that her “family” just grows with each client.
